Jon Scharrer is T-Lon Products newest Engineer!

 

Jon has a BS, Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University.  Jon brings 3 years of tool design experience to T-Lon Products, Inc and is well versed in Solidworks, AUTOCAD.  Jon also has experience with programming CNC’s which may help with projects on our shop floor.

Jamie has a BS, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin (1990) as well as a MBA from Cardinal Stritch University (2004).  He has a strong work background in plastics having spent the last fifteen years with Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics in Portage, Wisconsin and with Dickten and Masch Plastics in Nashotah.  His responsibilities have included process engineering, new product design and marketing, technical support and project management.  He has a solid history of providing technical support to sales representatives and customers.

Spiral Back-Up Ring


T-Lon Products, Inc is pleased to announce the creation of four new product lines.  The new lines include the PS24 Series Piston Seals, “C” Series 4 Piece Piston Seals for Caterpillar equipment, “C” Series Type 1, 2 Piece Piston Seals for Caterpillar equipment, and the “C” Series Rod Buffer Seals also for Caterpillar Equipment.  These additional products can be found in our online catalog at www.t-lon.com

T-Lon is now offering a line of PTFE spiral back-ups.  We are making available the three most popular spiral ring series of 28782, 28783, and the TF171 series.  These will compliment our popular standard split and solid backups in 28774, 27595 series and the metric "G" & "P" style J.I.S. standards backups.
These back-ups meet industrial standards, not the MS Standards.  These parts are traceable by lot number, material batch, and date of manufacture.  T-Lon Products, Inc. can certify the typical properties of elongation, tensile strength, specific gravity, and material composition as needed.
